CLUB EVENT
Just 50 jerseys will be enough to outfit the first team, cover the presentation at the anniversary game, and provide the first batch for advance sales and try-ons.
The first team will take the field in the anniversary jersey, making it the club's official jersey. Afterward, members, fans, and former players will be able to order the jersey for themselves.
For clubs with more than 300 members, we recommend starting with 100 jerseys. Based on our experience, the sales potential over several order rounds is between 150 and 300 jerseys.
Sales can be handled directly through the club or via the Raval Football online store. In this case, we handle orders, payments, shipping updates, and delivery to individual members. The club saves time and effort on maintaining lists, processing inquiries, and handling payments, and receives a share of the proceeds—as agreed upon—once the campaign is complete.

“1 - Inquiry
Fill out our online form and tell our design team what you're looking for: the occasion, colors, crest, old photos, jersey ideas, or any special details about your club.“
“2 - Design Proposal
We'll develop an initial, free design concept for your anniversary jersey and send you a preview. The first round covers the design development; rounds 2 and 3 are reserved for revisions to colors, details, and placements. This entire process is included free of charge as part of the project.“
“3 - Order
“
If you like the design, decide on the production quantity. For smaller clubs, we recommend starting with 50 jerseys; for larger clubs with approximately 300 or more members, we recommend starting with 100 jerseys.
“4 - Sales
“
When sales are processed through our online store, we handle orders, payments, delivery updates, and shipping. After each order cycle, the club receives the agreed-upon share of the proceeds.
“5 - Reorder
Reorders are possible at any time—even years later—but a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces applies.
For reorders, our standard flat fee of €7.95 applies for shipping and processing within Germany.
Please note: Custom-made products may limit reorder availability, as individual components may be subject to minimum production quantities even for reorders. If long-term flexibility in reordering is important to you, please let us know well in advance.”
STORE SALES
To make the ordering and shipping process as easy as possible for you, we’d be happy to set up an online store where every member can easily order their jersey. We’ll handle the entire process, including delivery updates and shipping to each individual member. This saves you a lot of time and hassle.
As part of the design process, we offer custom elements that give your jersey a special anniversary touch. From a laurel wreath around your club crest to a neck embroidery featuring your club’s founding year. Simply let our designers know what you’re looking for, and we’ll help bring your vision to life.
