At Raval Football, you can design your own custom jersey —exactly the way you want it, in your team’s colors.
Here’s how it works:

1. Choose a base design from our jersey catalog featuring classic, modern, retro, or vintage styles.

2. Click on “Configure Jersey” and enter your preferred colors, logos, numbers, and finishes in the order form.

3. Our experienced design team will professionally bring your design to life and send you a draft for review— free of charge and with no obligation.
   You decide everything: colors, lettering, logos, the style of the jersey numbers, or premium finishes like embroidered club crests.

The result is a custom-made, high-quality jersey that truly represents your team.

Yes! When designing your jersey, you can also customize the shorts in your choice of colors.
Socks can also be personalized for orders of 100 or more. For smaller orders, they come in black or white as standard.

Our jerseys are made with high-quality craftsmanship, are produced fairly, and involve a complex manufacturing process (in some cases, up to 18 different pattern pieces). For this reason, production takes approximately 8–10 weeks after the design is approved. If you need the jersey by a specific date, please let us know and we will see if it’s possible. Please refrain from doing so unless it is absolutely necessary. Our jerseys are high-quality, fairly produced, and complex to manufacture (some models consist of up to 18 different pattern pieces). Therefore, production takes approximately 8–10 weeks after the design is approved. We ask for your understanding and ask that you take this into account. If you need the jersey by a specific date, please enter it here. This may incur additional shipping costs. Please refrain from doing so unless absolutely necessary.

Yes! You can order jerseys for smaller teams and design your own, even without placing a large club order.
Minimum order quantities vary by model, ranging from about 10 to 15 pieces.

By keeping supply chains short and producing on demand, we avoid unnecessary overproduction and waste.

Yes, anytime—and that’s what sets us apart from many other manufacturers, whose collections sell out or are discontinued after a few years and can’t be reordered. Your custom jersey design is saved and can be produced by us at any time. And you can reorder as few as one item. The price is the same as what you paid for your initial order. However, if you reorder fewer than 10 items, a flat fee of €35.00 applies to cover shipping costs from Portugal.

Yes, the jersey will be custom-made just for you once the design is approved. We don’t keep any team apparel in stock; we only produce items when they’re ordered. This means your jersey isn’t just special—it also helps avoid overproduction, textile waste, and unnecessary CO2 emissions.

All jerseys and team apparel are manufactured in Portugal. This has allowed us to significantly shorten our supply chains. Compared to other European locations, Portugal is the fairest and most sustainable location for textile production in Europe.

In addition to short supply chains, we also prioritize good and fair working conditions. That’s why we don’t manufacture our products just anywhere in Europe. We go on-site to see for ourselves. Another key aspect of our commitment to sustainability is that we only manufacture 95% of our products once you place an order. We don’t engage in mass pre-production, which means we don’t have to throw away unsold products. We only produce what is actually needed and in demand—a completely different approach from what you might be used to seeing from many other sporting goods manufacturers.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange merchandise once it has been approved or produced. After all, the merchandise was produced exclusively for you, and it would be difficult to convince another club to wear your design. Since we explain everything to you in detail beforehand, can show you a preview of the designs that’s almost exactly as they’ll look in real life, and give you the option to have a single sample produced in advance, nothing can go wrong anyway.
