HOW IT WORKS
RAVAL CUSTOM is designed for teams and clubs that have a specific design concept that doesn’t fit neatly into our existing jersey design categories, such as PERFORMANCE, CULTURE, etc. On this page, we’ll walk you through the process—from preparation to production.
Before you request your custom design, you should discuss the key points with your team. This will allow us to determine more quickly whether your idea is feasible and whether RAVAL CUSTOM is the right choice for your project.

“1 - Briefing
If you have a clear idea for your jersey design, you can easily share it with our design team. Click the “Design Briefing” button to answer the key questions and, if you’d like, upload sample images or sketches, or describe your idea in words.
The design service is free for teams and clubs. Please only use the briefing if you intend to place an order, so that we can continue to offer this service free of charge in the future.“
“2 - Design Proposal
Our design team will review your ideas for feasibility and develop a suitable design based on them. You will typically receive this within 10–14 days. You have 3 rounds of design revisions available for review and adjustments.
Upon request, we can send you samples before you place your order so you can see the quality, fit, and sizing for yourself.
If you like the design, your jersey will go into production.“
“3 - Production
“
Once you are satisfied with the design draft, we will prepare everything for production. When production begins, you will receive an invoice based on the current quote—only then will you incur any costs.
Our prices listed in the price catalog generally apply to production costs. Custom orders may vary from these prices.
Depending on the product, production typically takes about 8–10 weeks. We will let you know the exact delivery time before confirming your order. Express production is available upon request.

We’re confident that you and your team will be more than satisfied. We’ll keep you updated on the delivery status via email.
“5 - Reorder
Reorders are possible at any time—even years later and starting from just one item.
For orders of fewer than 10 items, we charge a flat shipping fee of €35.00. For orders of 10 or more items, our standard flat rate of €7.95 applies for shipping and handling within Germany.
Please note: Custom-made products may limit reorder availability, as individual components may be subject to minimum production quantities even for reorders. If flexible reorder availability is important to you, please let us know in advance.
