1 - Briefing

Gather with a small team beforehand to brainstorm what your jersey could look like. Our guide will help you gather your ideas and answer the questions in the briefing form correctly. You can find the guide here: https://www.ravalfootball.de/leitfaden-individuelles-trikotkonzept

Once you’ve reviewed the guide and developed a rough concept for your costume, simply share your ideas and preferences with our design team. To do so, click the “Design Briefing” button, answer the questions there, upload sample images or your own sketches, or simply describe your idea in words.

2 - Design Proposal

Our team will review your ideas and develop a design based on your specifications. We take the time to thoroughly consider every request and typically send you a draft within 10–14 days. Our design proposal is free of charge for amateur clubs and recreational teams. There is no obligation to place an order after we send you our jersey design. To maintain this policy, we ask that you only fill out the briefing form if you intend to place an order. We’d be happy to send you samples so you can see the quality and fit for yourself. If you’re satisfied with the jersey design we’ve created, we’ll move on to production. Upon request, we’re also happy to send you samples before you place your order so you can see the product for yourself and try on the right sizes.

3 - Production

Once you are satisfied with the design draft, we can prepare everything for production. As soon as production begins, we will send you an invoice based on the quote you received. This means you will only incur costs at this point. Production time varies and is typically around 8–10 weeks, depending on the product. We can provide you with the exact production time before order confirmation. Express production is also available upon request.

4 - Delivery

All our shipments are climate-neutral and plastic-free. And we’re confident that you and your team will be more than satisfied. We’ll keep you updated on the delivery status via email.

5 - Reorder

If your team changes—whether new players join, old players leave, or even just a couple of pairs of shorts go missing—you can reorder at any time, even years later. There’s no need to buy a completely new set of jerseys or sweatshirts every time. This is much more sustainable and cost-effective than having to order a whole new set each time because the old one has been discontinued or sold out. By the way, you can reorder starting with just 1 item. For orders of fewer than 10 items, we charge a flat shipping fee of €35.00 to cover the costs of shipping from Portugal. For orders of 10 or more items, our standard flat rate for shipping and handling of €7.95 applies (valid for standard shipping within Germany).
