Raval Football is a young sportswear label focused on high-quality, design-driven soccer and team apparel. We combine performance, aesthetics, and cultural context, and create custom collections for clubs, events, and brands. We are a small team of three people, and our day-to-day workload leaves us with little capacity to regularly promote our projects, concepts, and creative work to the public (via our website, social media, etc.).
The focus of the working student position is therefore on supporting us in this very area—from independent planning and implementation to the publication of content.
We require basic skills or some initial experience in content production (photography, video, AI, Illustrator, Photoshop)—you will have the opportunity to further develop and deepen these skills on your own as part of the role.
We see ourselves as a soccer-related brand, though not in the traditional sense. Our approach is experimental and open-minded—especially when it comes to communication and design. In addition to contributing to our projects, we actively encourage you to bring your own ideas to life and to develop and produce your own products (e.g., jersey design, garment manufacturing, tailoring, upcycling, etc.).
Your responsibilities:
Planning, creation, and publication of content (website and social media)
Support with the design of jerseys and apparel
Development of design concepts and mood boards
Contributing to branding and campaign ideas
Support for product development and sampling
Your profile:
Currently pursuing a degree in design, fashion, visual communication, or a related field
Interest in culture, fashion, and sports-related topics
Basic knowledge of content production (photography, video, AI) and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
A creative eye for aesthetics and brands
We offer:
Direct involvement in real-world projects and collections
High degree of personal responsibility
Space for your own ideas and projects
Opportunity to independently develop and manufacture your own products
A Look at How a New Label Is Built
Work in our accessible studio in Berlin
Scope:
By agreement (approx. 15–20 hours/week) -
