RAVALINHO
From preparation and the design process to the finished jersey. On this page, we provide an overview of the individual steps. The process can be adapted and implemented for all age groups and teams. What may seem challenging is actually a simple design process. And we’re here to help.

Here's how it works
“Preparation
We provide the patterns as a design template for printing in various formats and for the desired sport, available for download. The course can be prepared, for example, by a teacher as part of an art class or by an artist as part of an after-school club. Preparation involves selecting the design technique, materials, and a design theme. We are happy to provide inspiration for this.“
“Design
The patterns will be printed out for each participant. You should design the area within the lines. Anything goes, as long as the document remains scannable. Painting over the lines is fine and won’t affect the final jersey.“
“Scan
Once the design is complete, the finished piece is scanned at the highest possible resolution. Whether it is A3, A4, or another format makes no difference.“
“Product
Our team receives the scans via email and prepares them for production. Customizations such as embroidered logos or personalized names and numbers are added. After approximately 8–10 weeks, the jerseys—fairly produced in Portugal—are shipped.“
“5 - Reorder
Reorders are accepted at any time—even years later and starting from just one item.
For orders of fewer than 10 items, a flat shipping fee of €35 applies; for orders of 10 or more items, the standard flat fee of €7.95 applies (Germany, standard shipping).
